2º day @ Oslo – MOCAP meets Star Wars

Playing around with Oslo University, FourMs Lab’s MOCAP Qualysis system. It’s connected to Max/MSP by OSC and triggering some sounds. The Qualysis cameras a shooting infra red light at me that is then bounced back from four markers in the staff. These markers are then represented in the 3D model. Velocity and hight are sent to a sound synthesiser to make all the cool “swoosh”-es.
